About

The Neighborhood

Cipriana Park is a mid-sized residential neighborhood on the north end of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located “between the 17s” near the northern intersection of Highway 17 Business and Highway 17 Bypass, the neighborhood’s main entrance monument graces Grande Dunes Boulevard to welcome residents and visitors alike. A park, several ponds and numerous shared greenbelts are gently interwoven with the neighborhood’s 182 single-family homes. Brick facades, mature landscaping and the quiet warmth of wide sidewalks are just a few of the hallmarks of Cipriana Park’s traditional style.

 The Area

Cipriana Park is also one or more than a dozen neighborhood’s that comprise the Grande Dunes planned unit of development (PUD), governed by the Grande Dunes Master Association. As such, residents enjoy everything that comes with being part of a master planned community, including convenient access to local amenities, resident-only events and private security services. Like all neighborhoods in Grande Dunes, Cipriana Park’s proximity to the beach; dining, shopping and entertainment experiences; as well as Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, continue to make it one of the most sought-after areas in Horry County.
